Sarah has been practising Yoga for four years and has developed a unique, compassionate and inclusive style in the belief that Yoga is truly for every BODY.   She focuses on body positivity and empowerment for the mind, body and soul. 

Yoga initially began as a mindfulness practise for her to escape anxiety and a stressful job.  Since then it has become a way to connect and listen to her body daily in which she encourages others to do through her authentic teaching style.

Mel undertook many years of personal yoga practise before completing her teacher training in 2008 with Conrad Paul of Yoga Professionals and has been teaching Yoga ever since.  A natural journey having qualified as a Physical Education & Movement Teacher and has attained an MA in Community Education Studies. 

Her passion for Yoga is demonstrated as she attends regular workshops and is influenced by a range of yogic traditions that she draws on to create an eclectic mix when teaching.  Her vast knowledge and experience enable you to get the most from your Yoga practise.

Jo has been teaching Pilates for nine years and loves how it helps strengthen, lengthen and tones the body.  She likes to include both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises whilst giving lots of options for different abilities.  Jo is passionate in her teaching about how Pilates helps encourage a better posture, a strong core and help people move more efficiently.  

Jo is a qualified REPS level 4 instructor and has been teaching fitness classes since 2004.  Jo also works as tutor, assessor and IQA within the fitness industry (since 2010) and loves to pass on the knowledge and experience that she has picked up over the years.

Michelle is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with the British School of Yoga and has been practising Yoga for over 13 years. She recently moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 9 years. During her time there she fell in love with the practice of Yoga, learning free-flowing classical vinyasa yoga at Dharma Shala Yoga School in North Bondi. 

During her time in Sydney she also qualified as a Sports, Remedial & Aromatherapy Massage Therapist and Reiki level 2 practitioner. Once back home in the UK, Michelle completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and is delighted to now be sharing her passion for yoga and meditation in her local community.

Jo has been practising different styles of Yoga for more than 10 years.  Training as a Yoga instructor has enabled her to enhance her Yoga practice, while also being able to share her love of Yoga with others. Jo works as a practicing MRI Radiographer and has a keen interest in human anatomy and physiology. 

Jo has a found Yoga to be an effective means of stress relief, improving flexibility and balance, increasing strength and energy, thereby contributing to overall health and well-being.  She enjoys sharing these benefits with others through her teaching.

Cara

Cara started Pilates seven years ago to supplement marathon training and has loved it ever since. She saw the benefit of using Pilates to strengthen her core, prevent injuries and increase flexibility.

Her scientific background lends itself to Pilates and its principles. This knowledge combined with a straight forward teaching style facilitates a functional approach to learning and a deeper understanding of Pilates.

Jules has been practising yoga for over 5 years and is a previous dancer, trained in Tap, Modern and Ballet, following the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance syllabus (ISTD) to advanced level and a qualified dance teacher.  After falling more in and more in love with Yoga she embarked on her 200hr Core Strength Vinyasa yoga teacher training.

For Jules yoga is about inclusivity, listening to your body and creating a mind body connection. Classes aim to engage both the physical and mental body and offer options for all abilities. Sequences integrate the core with breath and movement, encouraging a balance between strength and flexibility whilst being mindful to reduce pressure on the joints. Ultimately her style focuses on finding what feels good for you and your body.
